This is a Change in Circumstances. I gather your health issues are worse. You will be sent a new "How your disability affects you" form that you will have to fill out like a new claim. Once sent in to the DWP it is reviewed. This is a Change in Circumstances and will be separate to when your PIP ends.

I would think not, but I am not sure. Sorry about that, maybe others may know. It may depend on how long the DWP take on the Change of Circumstances.

I would doubt it, as you should have had your change of circumstances completed within 15-16 weeks. Your next review date will be whenever they set it in the change of circumstances result.

No as your claim is now being looked at again, the outcome of which overules the result and end date of your previous award.

You can get help from local welfare rights, I never tackle the forms by myself 🙂

Excellent. I filled out all PIP forms myself and was successful, so try not to worry and best of luck!

That is correct, fill the form out as if it is a new claim and include the changes in your health!
