ESA to UC

Hi, please don't shout at me. I've asked this question before. I've asked scope cab and benefits and work the same question. We have to migrate to UC by the 7th June. My gets enhanced pip and ESA support group. I get carers allowance and pip standard living and enhanced mobility. When we migrate should I tell them about my health conditions? The JC said I should but don't provide fit notes but a lot of people say they will ask me to. I know we will get paid 1 lcwra and 1 carer element. But I'm still confused. Scope telephone help line said I wouldn't be committing fraud by not doing so which I was worried about. I just don't know what to do. Any advise again I would appreciate my head is in turmoil xx tyia

As your husband will be paid LCWRA you cannot also be paid LCWRA.
Claiming UC as a carer is not fraud, you are both a carer and a disabled person.
So because under the UC system you can't be paid for both, it makes sense to claim on the criteria you will be paid for.
It is not fraud to put down you are a carer while not telling them about your health conditions.
You are a carer and are entitled to be paid Carers Element.
If multiple places are giving the same advice I would listen, even if it's everyone else versus Job Centre saying something different.
