Assessor lied about everything

That’s what I thought I keep re-reading the statement even the copy of the p4 and none of it was true, I’m not sure if I could put myself through the stress, I’m terrified that will cause me more stressed and anxious. I just feel like it’s too much, and honestly degrading to beg for £115 even though it did help but I don’t think I can’t go through the stress. I posted this to warn others, not to believe and record their own assessment as a proof, it truly pisses me off, like how dare she even say that? Honestly I don’t wish on anyone negative but people who does that they truly don’t deserve anything

@sarah_lea12 please do, just don’t trust them honestly they will act all nice. I hope yours go through 🤞

@Trevor_PIP she probably couldn’t stand how unfair it is. When genuine people truly need help instead they get humiliated and embarrassed

@luvpink make sure you keep your evidence as well, since they lied about mine, I was on pip for 10 years and they had plenty of evidence, medical records everything, and yet in the decision letter stated that the assosor said that I looked healthy, I don’t look deaf, there wasn’t any anxiety and so on when I even showed her all the medication through the video call but of course she lied.

@itallmakessense im not sure honestly i feel like ****, I feel humiliated and embarrassed. I just can’t be bothered and honestly don’t think I can trust anyone if two people could lie, why not the third right? If I had a higher payment I would fight for it, but for 115? For low mobility payment only? I only did this post to warn others, they might look kind but they aren’t

@sarah_lea12 it is really stressful, I hope they won’t cheat but like I said before it’s hard to trust anyone in government tbh.

That's an interesting picture Derek. How come you put houses in the wings? ☺️

I have kept all of my evidence since 2009 yet various assessors have disputed it and went against how I explained the limitations caused by my disabilities affect my level of daily functioning and how I do meet the activity descriptors.
Each time I had my mobility component reduced fro high to standard and I had to fight to get it reinstated by mandatory reconsideration.

I genuinely cannot travel to places I'm unfamiliar with on my own. I told the PIP assessor this and explained why. When I got the result letter the assessor said I CAN go to unfamiliar places on my own! This really annoyed me, either she purposely lied or thought I was lying and she genuinely believed that I can go to unfamiliar places on my own.
If it was the latter then she was just assuming that I can as there is no evidence that proves that I can, how can there be any evidence that proves that I can if I genuinely can't?

My niece used to be a pip assessor and your statement is true!

that’s what happened to me, she ask if I can travel anywhere on my own I said when I didn’t have back pain the sciatica pain the only places I would go to was the town which is 30 min away as I know the place. But I’m unfamiliar places I get full panic blow out, my brother who has a car has to get him or be with me if I need to be somewhere in unfamiliar places. she wrote that down saying I can go anywhere without brother help and there’s no proof of me having a full panic attack, as if she wanted me to record myself having panic attack, how ridiculous is that? She even lied saying even though I was having interview in bed because of sciatica pain that I can walk 200meter from my room to another room which is total **** I told her I can’t walk for too long for the past 1tear and 5 months Imive been in bed I didn’t spend Xmas or new year with my family last year because it the pain which I told the assessor but obviously she lied. And I truly hope and pray that she gets her karma1 -
@Dianaf how disguised is that for £80? Ruining a life?

Hi all. I'm not sure the DWP would be allowed to offer an incentive against awarding. I've found this on the Benefits and Work site which states:
“I can confirm that DWP operates an in-year reward and recognition scheme for all DWP teams and Individuals to be recognised for displaying exemplary behaviours or making a significant contribution to team performance. This applies to all colleagues across DWP.”
Link to post: DWP deny paying bonuses to fraud staff.
Best wishes,

This is not true. While the system is far from perfect and some find their assessments don't accurately represent their difficulties, there is no evidence that assessors or decision makers get bonuses for turning claimants down.
