Backdated LWCRA

Hi, im about to receive my 1st payment of for Lwcra, I handed in my 1st sick note on the 9th January I received my letter saying I was being placed into the lwcra category on 30th March and I can see from my journal I'll get the 1st payment this week. My question is n the letter it says if they owe me any money they'll let me know so I thought this ment that I'd receive a lump sum off lwcra for 3 months I've had to wait for my 1st payment am I completely wrong and you are not owed any money going back to your 1st sick note?

LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.
As your decision was extremely quick it's unlikely any backpay is due.
