Will I have to undergo another assessment re. ability to work when I migrate to UC?

Hello everyone - At the end of last month (April) I did the migration to UC from ESA. I'm now waiting for my first UC payment on 4th June. I have been checking my UC journal regularly just in case they have asked for any more information etc, and yesterday I clicked on the heading 'Your payments'. Under the heading 'Health' it said that I have told them that my health affected my work or my ability to work, and that I might have to undergo an assessment before they can consider paying me the health related element. I thought that if I had migrated from ESA to UC in the group that was not required to look for work,I would not have to undergo another assessment? I was reassessed for ESA in December 2023,was awarded what I was receiving previously (not required to look for work) in January 2024. I am now worried that I am going to have undergo yet another assessment and have to fill in another mammoth form. Or is this just standard wording on the journal? I really am not at all well, there is no way I could look for work (no one would employ me the way I am anyway) and I am worried that I'm going to be made to start seeing a job coach.

This is standard wording on the Journal. All claims to UC are treated as new claims, even if migrating. The system isn't set up to have different messages depending on why you claimed.
Once your ESA status is confirmed you'll receive the UC equivalent (LCWRA) automatically with no medical assessment required.
It should be present on your first payment statement. If it's not, you would bring this to their attention with a Journal note.
