lcwra work coach appointment

Hi,
I have just been given Lcwra for my mental health and my work coach Heather asked if i still wanted to see her and I said yes. Will I still be able to see her after the next appointment ? The appointment I had with her was canceled and then put back on by the system. I need to see her as she is like life line as spent 15 years never going out and talking to people. Spent saving up and then applied for UC in January and had my decision in May. I have seen her every 2 to 4 weeks and its part of my routine and my mental routine and will fall apart more if i dont see her. Can I ask her for regular appointments or will I loose them all together. Due to her I have at last got out of the home and started volounteering at the charity shop, will I still be able to volunteer or will that be stopped as well ?
I do apologizwe if I ramble im not good at this

Hi,
It's good to hear that you've built up a relationship with your Work Coach. However, her job is to help people find work. Now that you have LCWRA, there is no need for you to have work search appointments. She is only paid to provide that service, not offering a social service.
You can ask to keep regular appointments with her, but they will not be obliged to accept that.
You can definitely continue volunteering, that won't be affected by getting LCWRA.
Hopefully you can find some other people to socialise with by volunteering, and perhaps see if there are any suitable groups or clubs in your area that you could try for some more social support.
