Son's health condition declared to UC when he first applied last year. I was recognised as appointee. Fit note sent on 13 May 2025 and form UC50 has been posted. If he's accepted as LCWRA, will he get back pay from last year or from 13 May ?

LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.
Assuming there are no breaks in Fit Notes (it's the date they are given to UC that counts, not the start date written on them) your Son's LCWRA waiting period would start May 13th.
