Have you been left a message on your journal asking you to do that?

Oh ok I will update my savings account then like she told me to and see what happens j will just put the figure she told me to put as the phone call was recorded so they will know if my savings go down do I update or just leave it alone as im not going to put anymore in it a pain xx

How much did you have in both accounts at the end of April?
0 -
Yes The lady put it on my journal to put my savings in at the 31st April she said I had 55 pounds in my bank and 2950 in my savings account she said that total was 3005

She shouldn't have been asking you to do that because you only had 3005 in both accounts.
As you have been advised many times you do not have to declare any money in your accounts unless you have over 6k!

It's On my journal it has to be done by 30th so u have to do it she said any money in any accounts they djnt know about need declaring someone else said its a new thing apparently but I will do as they ask as she put it in my journal in a message and if I dont I will get in trouble x

What a load of nonsense, she will know how much was in your accounts because you uploaded your statements so she could clearly see that.
I had my review last month and wasn't asked to do that.

I dont know if it was because I hadn't declared my savings account but I will just do wars asked as I will be in trouble if I dont wont I xx

If it is on my journal I will be required to do thus I know she must of been new or knew i was stressed the phone call was 10 mins long and all was asked was savings other bank accounts property if i pay rent etc which i said no I live with my parents then said to declare savings so she could see my statements of everything then told me about if they needed more info and overpayments civil penalty and that's all she put the note on journal to declare savings and above that was my review was complete and my uc was the same that all that happened x

do you update every month because the savings figure changes every month ? I’m going to have to start doing this cause I’ll have left over money every month and I’m over 6k but last time I did it I was summoned to go into a JCP with statements.

Sophie. Everybodies circumstances are going to be a lot different than your own. We have all tried so very hard to support and reassure you with this matter we understand you have mental health difficulties but you cannot live by what iffs . You will make yourself somewhat ill than you already are. Just do as she has asked you to do . And that's all you need to do.

Sweetie it's fine. Just only do as UC have asked of you . You have explained to UC that you didn't understand it all and I'm sure that would have taken that into consideration. Please don't worry about it now x
