Hi can anyone give me some advice please as I'm getting no where with uc or online.

So I'm awaiting my decision for lcwra if I'm awarded it when does the back pay go back to and start, as I sent my first fit note in February 2025, some online it's saying after 3 months some are saying from the first time you send a fit note, I'm so confused any help is much appreciated

Hi,

LCWRA has a 3 month waiting period from the first fit note.

It starts on the 4th assessment period, which effectively means that you wait 4 months for the payment.

With a first fit note in Feb, it is likely to start in June/July, depending on your exact assessment period dates and fit note submission date. If the decision hasn't been made by then, that is when it would be backpaid to, unless there are any gaps in the fit notes.

Everyone has to wait the 3 months except for those migrating from Support Group of ESA.
