UC migration help

Hi, I've just done the migration UC and both myself and hubby have to wait on a call because we hadn't got the 2 id's, so what will that entile? Secondly how do I tell them about we need an extra bedroom? Which section on the journal does that come under. How do I tell them my hubby transferred from ESA support group? Which section do I put that? Do I have to write on both journals mine and hubby's or just one? Tyia

Hi @snuggles65 For the biographical test telephone calls, you're typically asked 3 questions based on the details DWP have for you based on your previous claim/s. They tend to be questions like "when did you last move address" or "what is your middle name".
I'm really sorry, but I'm not sure exactly where on the journal you'd need to add the additional bedroom information but I've marked your question as unanswered and hopefully a member will be able to help.
Are you completing a joint claim with your husband? Are you living together?

Hi holly
Yes we live together and we made a joint claim. They sent me a message on my journal about 10mins ago stating they will let upload my evidence as soon as my id etc as been verified on the 3rd June we have to go into the job centre.
