Contacting my local MP to support benefits for disabled

Hi I used the letter that scope did to contact my local labour MP , I received a letter back but not sure what to do with it , if scope wanted it , I don't know what to do with it

Ive sent it to the campaign page as I had a email to forward it on for them to add , let hope it does some good to us genuine disabled & vulnerable people that forth our illness & disability for years & still doing it again
