Hi,
This morning about 11:50 am i was trying to post a comment under the topic Cool Cats and again for the umpteenth time ( im sorry for my English if is not grammatically correct as English is my second language and im under a very big stress ) a message popped on my phone screen that my comments will appear after is approved, this fact happened in the past and had a very bad negative impact on my mental and physical health and i do describe myself as disabled person, it traumatised me and i really feel worsening in my health, today on my phone screen this message appeared again despite the fact that i received a message from Scope that this is fixed and it will not happen again,

Hello @Agnia
I'm @Rosie_Scope and @Holly_Scope's manager, if you would like to email me, you can reach me at: community@scope.org.uk
Thank you for your message. I understand this has been frustrating for you.
I want to let you know that Rosie and Holly have done everything correctly and have been working hard to try and fix this for you and they have checked and verified your account carefully.
We’ve looked into it more, and it may be that some of your posts are being held back because our system thinks they might be spam. This can happen when someone makes a lot of very similar posts and posts them very quickly, one after the other, even if the posts are not spam. The system is just trying to keep the community safe, but we understand it’s not working well in this case.
You haven’t done anything wrong, but if you’re able to space out your posts a bit more and make small changes to each one or ensure they all contain different content, that might help stop this from happening.
If you need any help or want to talk more about this, please feel free to send me an email.
All the best,
Adrian
