Moving over to universal credit from esa

Hi looking for some advise im migrating over frames to uc on the 24th June my deadline is 3rd July me and my partner will obviously opening our own claim then joining them together as a joint couples claim my issue is my partner has claimed for us both for years he gets housing benefit paid council tax is in both our names i asked for my tenancy agreement and ive panicked when I first got the housing association house back in 2007 me and my partner wernt together he moved in later and I remember ringing them to tell them my partner had moved in they didnt send anything just said it would be updated my fault not checking obviously they sent my tenancy agreement and his name isn't in the agreement but it wouldn't of been as he didnt sign as it was only me at the time they know we live together hes on esa and the housing benefit letters have his name someone on a one of these Facebook groups told me as hes not on tenancy they wont pay full rent im not in a total panic as I have 2 weeks before I move over other people have said its fine bit im so worried now can anyone give some helpful advise before I make myself really ill over this will this affect out universal credit claim I can prove hes lived here 18 years im just very stressed as it is please any help
