Issues when migrating from IR ESA to UC

I migrated to UC a few weeks ago & saying for 1st statement & payment in a couple of weeks. I've read about lots of people migrating experiencing problems & having to wait up to 3 months for ESA to confirm support group status for LCWRA. I struggle to cope & wondered where can I get help (not from DWP) if this happens to be.
Also, ESA sent me p45 along with a confusing letter referring to contributory ESA. It says I was paid a tiny amount this year.
I don't know how as I've received IR ESA for many years and was a carer before that. Impossible to get through to ESA to ask about this so I gave up.
Finally, anyone had a smooth migration to UC?

If LCWRA element is missing from your statement then you would add a Journal note (using the payment option) bringing this to their attention.
Citizens Advice have a Help to Claim service, they can support you before during and after your claim. It's a national service run by phone and webchat.
ESA letters generally are very confusing!
Was your letter like this one?
