UC saying payment is 0

hello,i am in a bit of a state,i am mid esa to uc protected migration,i am in the esa support group due my health and mental issues,i received a letter on the day of my first payment from uc was due saying my payment was 0,i rang and after much time they said they had not recieved the support group from esa and could not pay me at this time,also they have only paid half my rent,i als got a letter from the concil tax office doubling my payment,when i called them they told me they had just recalculated and i would be paying what i was before,i am extremly stressed,i tryed ring esa but was on hold for over 3 hours then cut off, im at wits end could i lose my housing assoc flat,i dont think i could survive being homeless again,plz help

I'm sorry this is happening. With your rent, is there someone else on your tenancy agreement and do you live alone? If so, you may have what is called an 'untidy tenancy'.
When is your UC payment due to be paid and are you a telephone claimant or online claimant?

hello thx for reaching out,i live alone ,i have no family,uc was due on the 8th of june,and im a telephone claimant,my latest contact with them was friday where i was told they were waiting on info from esa,,i have has my tenancy for nearly 15 years now,this has just put me into panic mode
