Asked to provide fit note while moving from esa

I've been on ESA for years (before that it was incapacity), it is a joint claim with my husband.
We recently begun the process to migrate to universal credit. Was told I wouldn't need fit note. Today they are suddenly demanding a fit note, telling me it's because I've never had an assessment.
I have had assessments under ESA and thought this would just copy over to UC?
I've read somewhere about putting something about regulation 19 on my journal but I dont know what to say or even if thats the best thing to do.
Any advice is welcome

I think it will be an error on their system between UC & ESA .
I recently had the same issue .
I put a note on my Journal to the work coach at my local Job centre .
I put regarding UC requesting me to get a a Fit Note.
Is this an error on your side ?
Regulation 19 of the UC (Transitional Regulations 2014)
States the claimant migrating from Esa Support Group to Universal Credit
Should transfer automatically without requiring a new Work Capability Assessmentor or Fit Note .
I do not need to provide a Fit Note i am migrating from my Legacy Benefits .
Good Luck
