Hi, my name is louise01! . I got my tribunal date and so scared as im not good answering questions..

Hi need advice. I got my tribunal date and so scared as im not good answering questions. I suffer from fibromyalgia, bad depression and anxiety. I phoned up and said i was getting worse to my last claim, so they did a phoncall and they took my mobilty off me. So i took it further so now in court. Dwp did offer me back on mobility but i said i was already on the standard. But they said i only scored 10. So im hoping i can prove in court for the extra 2 points.

Hi @louise01 bless you, I'm really sorry to hear that happened to you. Have you got someone coming with you to the tribunal for support like a family member or friend? The best thing you can do is make sure you prepare yourself as best as possible. I really hope it goes ok for you. 💛

Heya @louise01 welcome to the community. 😊
It can vary, depending on conditions and how forms were filled in. Anything from 20 mins to an hour plus in some cases. But they're worlds apart from the assessments, so please try not to worry too much, I found my tribunals very easy going.

Hi All.
Well i found it really hard , so difficult getting my words out. But i think i showed how i am. I had to go in my wheel chair so shows im no mobile all time. I cried at end as my mother had to talk and explained that my life hard and my mental status is bad due through abusive realationship my kids dad, and being raped at age of 7 by my uncle. I took my uncle court last year and i won. So my mother explained my ptsd . Judge ended the chat and said he happy with the evidence. So im just panicking waiting now.

Sorry you have had such a bad time. The Judge is happy and the DWP wanted to give you the Mobility element back so it is looking good. Try and stay calm for the result, it won't be long.
