I have been on LCW and on the 21st August 2024 I updated a change in my health and submitted my first sick line i waited until 13th June to have my telephone assessment and then got accepted for lcwra. As far as I was aware I was entitled to a back payment as there was a change in my health and my case was reassed due to this change in health but UC are telling me because I was already on LCW I am not entitled to any backpayment because ive always been on LCW.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you
