Thank you for allowing me to contribute to the discussions. I had waited over a year and finally out the blue recieved a lump sum and then 2 small payments a few days apart, deposited @ 6.00pm UK time. There is no letter of explination so far, so am in the dark as well. I live in Spain and only recieve the minimum UK pension. Let's hope there is a letter in the mail to explain when and how much the allowance will be?!@?
