ESA/LCRWA ASSESMENT

I just got through to esa after nearly a week of trying. They told me the previous letters were sent in error and there’s nothing I need to do. However he did tell me to call CAPTIA for my assesment as I’ve been waiting since April 3rd. Finally got assesment date 15/7 @1200 kind of nervous. Is it similar to PIP? I had captia for that assesment and was awarded for 3.5 years. I did explain I get really flustered and he told me to relax. I’m claiming for bipolar and incomtience… I get burn out at work then it leads to depression and neglecting myself. I do get a tonne of help from family and a couple of friends. I’ve recently come out of a hypomanic episode and I can feel myself going on the downward spiral. Meds are not getting stable and I’m awaiting therapy. I’m rambling now… nerves… any help would be appreciated x
