I have my friend who is placed in lcwra without end date on the letter but i am not understanding the assessor put on medical report saying to allow for further Gp input, review a review in 12 month would be appropraite what does that mean does it mean that he will need another assessment in 12 month. I also like to know i have another friend who has illness is saying is that does he needs to provide sicknote with UC50 capabilty for work questionair form? Thanks

That applies if you are assessed as having a spare bedroom living in a social housing rented property.

Local Housing Allowance for a private rental would also be capped according to local rate & how many bedrooms you are assessed as needing.

The DWP can ask for bank statements, but will have the authority to check bank accounts, yes. They don't care where the money is being spent, as long as it's not being sent into overseas accounts, etc. It's just a fraud prevention measure, so nothing to really worry about @ased444 it's mainly people claiming UC that are being asked to show bank statements currently.

UC are doing reviews at random, it's not known whether everyone is having one or only a certain number.

During a review you must give statements for any and all bank accounts that you have. Some are asked for PayPal statements too (as you can deposit money there).
