Uc payments after migration

Hi all
I've received two payments so far. And today I'm only realising how wrong the amounts are.
I was told had to pay my rent the first time and the money would come to me in the first payment.
It hadn't and since we only get paid once a month rather than 28 days we loose out a whole month which hasn't been covered.
Can I contact them in the morning even tho I hadn't recognised it in the first payment? Or is this it?
Am I down because I lack support or even basic human interaction in my day to day life. By this I mean I'm not well and have to do absolutely everything, my head is firmly up my butt most days because of it. Burnout and overwhelmed
Thank you for your time today

Hi,
Have you got any Housing Element showing on the statement at all?
If not, then yes, contact them asap to ask why the Housing Element hasn't been included. It might be a genuine error. Or they might be waiting for more information or verification from your landlord for example.

Heya @Jakjak welcome to the community. 😊
It looks like OverlyAnxious has given some top advice, but I just wanted to pop in and say a quick hello. 😊 Have you spoken to your GP over how you've been feeling?

Good afternoon this is very helpful. I will double check now Overly anxious.
Hey Albus thank you so much for you reply.
I have, it's been a long battle to get someone to hear me.
They refer me to the local cpns who make my life more stressful.
Being alone is difficult, however dealing with people who can't help me with shopping or give me a hug is excruciating.
I don't want the medication I just need help and it's not coming. Thank you so much for your concern. I hope this answers somethings. If you have any more questions please ask.
Take care, hope you have a lovely day

Hi. I understand how you feel. The community mental health team can make you feel more alienated and "difficult" sometimes. Isolation is so hard. Everyone needs a hug and to feel cared for.
Have you thought about getting your shopping delivered? If you live in the right area, you can get small amounts of groceries delivered within the hour, through Tesco or Sainsburys. Or otherwise just do a normal shop and have it delivered. Both of these are what I do. Hope this will be of help to you. (The "whoosh" option on Tesco shopping is particularly good for someone who is overwhelmed as they deliver in bags and as I said, you only need order a small amount at a time.)1 -
I really appreciate your message.
Yes I do, it's sometimes they deliver out of date food and then have to spend more money to do it again to get whats needed, it can become fustrating.
It's not just about the shopping
Its everything.
Because I have night terrors and wake at little dumb noises.
I've been sleep deprived for 13 years now, since moving into a flat unsuitable for human living in 2012 I was left there begging for help and ignored by everyone.
In 2019 I became disabled after an accident and I had to contact the mp in 2021 to get someone to understand I can't live there.
I was promiced this new place was quiet.
And every day my new neighbours wake me up an hour or few hours of falling asleep.
I need somewhere quiet to recover…and I don't know how long that will be.
