Hi, my name is Delano!
I am 65 and seeking a new challenge. I have been working in security the last seven years but for various reasons need a new role. I have mild cerebral palsy and dyspraxia. I am very conscious that at my age I would not be able to do the same kind of work I did a few years ago and am anxious to find an employer who would understand my health needs. While currently in another part of the country, my hope is to move to in or near Manchester, where I have family.

Hi @Delano and a warm welcome to the community!
Thank you for telling us a little bit about yourself. You may be interested in Support to Work which is a free online and telephone support programme for disabled people who are looking for paid work in the UK. There is also some information here on finding disability-friendly employers that I hope will be helpful. We also have a CP network here on the community who I will tag now @Lucy_Scope @Richard_Scope @SaraC_Scope who offer specialist support and information to people with CP and their families 😊
