So applied 25th September done commitments ID check phoned to ask what happens next lady said should get a statement on 23rd October and payment on 30th cant go that smoothly can it? Call me negative im not expecting it too so if it does its a bonus but applying was no way as scary as I thought and when calling uc helpline every person has been respectful lets see but for all thats has to apply soon if dont have support CAB fantastic

For some people it can be that simple @Catherine21! Obviously things can go wrong and there are lots of stories about people who have struggled with the process, but the people who have a smooth migration often don't talk about it as much. It can sometimes feel like it never goes well for anyone when there are definitely positive experiences out there too. Fingers crossed it goes smoothly for you 🤞
