Pip questionnaire

What happened about that pip questionnaire that we had a chance to fill in last year. Thought the government was using that, instead of this Timms report. I don't trust him. He won't consult with disability charity, He has his own agenda. And not in our interests. What I want to know as well. What are the severe conditions they go on about.
