PIP Telephone Review Advice

I have my telephone appointment tomorrow morning at 9.00 am for my review after having to go through a mandatory reconsideration followed by tribunal to be awarded the higher element for both daily living and mobility. I am absolutely dreading it.
I received a telephone call today to confirm my appointment tomorrow and when I asked about my call being recorded and a copy being sent to me, previously requested in email, I was advised that there was no record of this and would now be a different assessor because of assessor having access to equipment.
I did send a copy of a letter from the hospital I received the other day to the email address that Maximus provided but was advised that I need to send by post to DWP so will be too late for tomorrow’s appointment for consideration.
I am concerned about length of call as I have to visit toilet frequently due to condition and am worried that I won’t be able to last the length of the call without going at least once. Can anyone please offer any advice? I would be so grateful as I don’t think I can go through mr and tribunal again (currently only weigh 5st 2lb and feel so weak to fight again just to have to repeat a year later if fortunate enough to win tribunal). I really need money to help pay for additional support needed and don’t know quite what I will do if if it stopped. I know that you shouldn’t learn to rely upon PIP payment but it’s impossible to pay for additional expenses otherwise. Thank you for reading.

Thank you all for replying.
I honestly don’t know how it went to be honest, it seemed to be very drawn out with lots of repetitive questions that I thought were being asked to try and get a different response to what I had already given, therefore contradicting the information I had already provided but I might be wrong.
I did say at the end that I really couldn’t stand the thought of having to go through the whole appeals process again but no reassurance given, just answered “I don’t make the decisions I only send the report to the DWP”. Don’t get me wrong, the lady was very nice and polite but I don’t have any expectations of a positive outcome. I had a text within 2 hours of conversation ending from DWP to say that they were already in receipt of assessors report and would contact me within 6 weeks.
