Is This Normal After Migrating From Support Group?

Just migrated to UC from ESA Support Group. I think they may have finally sorted my money but it has been very muddled and stressful.
Anyway, I got a message in my journal today saying -
Hello ****, my name is Adam from ****** Jobcentre.Would you like to have a chat about how I can help you?We can talk about how I can support you. And we can identify things you can do to help you take the next steps – but only when you’re ready to.For example, we can talk about:- developing your skills- building your confidence- the things that matter to you- potential options for the futureThis chat is voluntary for you. It will not cause us to reassess your capability for work. The amount of Universal Credit you receive will not change. If you want to know more, please reply to this journal message. I will arrange to contact you at a convenient time.RegardsAdam
Does everyone get this?

Hello @Azura
Lots of people seem to have received that message today. It's voluntary and you do not have to respond.

Thank you Charlie - even though it says it's voluntary, it made me panic. I will respond out of politeness and just remind them that I am in the Support Group.

I'm glad I could help @Azura 😊
