Hi, my name is Dizzigoth! Where can I get information about migration?

I've just received my compulsory Universal Credit migration notice. I'm terrified because I'm currently on ESA & Housing Benefit & PIP & am swapping over powerful painkillers to different ones meaning I'm constantly anxious (withdrawal symptoms) I can't get through the month, I have zero savings. I've read (jyst) that people are worse off. I already have trouble budgeting due to being in excruciating pain 24/7 & having depression.
CCan Anyone tell me where to get information about this as I've looked & can't find the "comparison tools" that Google mentions.

Hi,
No-one should be worse off. Sometimes the first payment is lower than expected if they don't get all of the elements confirmed and added in time.
If you don't currently get SDP with your ESA then you will be better off after migrating.
If you do get SDP then you will get Transitional Protection added to the UC so you get exactly the same after migrating.
PIP will not change, that remains totally separate.

Citizens Advice offer a Help to Claim service, they can support you before during and after your claim.
If you have difficulty budgeting you can ask for Alternative Payment Arrangements
