Please read through this thread for an explanation and reassurance:
The up to date figures are £281.10 a fortnight NS ESA & £609.05 deducted from UC.

This is so confusing my partner hasn't worked for many many years due to his disabilitys will we still be entitled to the lwrca element I've also put on form that I care for him I don't actually get money for this I've never applied for cares allowance on esa so this is all new to me on the nsesa commitments appointment what type of questions will my partner be asked obviously I will answer the phone as he doesn't like answering but he will talk to them if asked questions it's just so stressful for us both

Yes he will still get LCWRA.
Have you read through the thread I linked to?
The answers you are looking for are all on there, there is even a link to another thread which details what the call entails from a few people who have been through the process.

My partner is on pip he gets daily living and mobility would I get carers element im not even bothered about money but I do care for him more than 35 hours a week

Yes you would get Carers Element, it's currently £201.68 a month and removes you from any work commitments.
That takes your claim up to the maximum for a couple which is:
1 x LCWRA
1 x Carers Element.

How do you even get the carers element do u need to have an interview for this and obviously is there a time scale for this to be applied for I dont understand all this thankyou for the information so far it's been very helpful

You've reported caring for your partner when applying for UC, he already gets a qualifying benefit so Carers Element should be on your first payment statement.
That's all you have to do.
No interviews etc required.
However it is somewhat common for the first payment statement to be incorrect, so if Carers Element is missing you'd write a Journal note (using the payment option) flagging this.

Unless UC need you to do something you won't hear from them apart from the monthly statements.
As advised New Style ESA is £281.10 a fortnight.
There is lots of information already in the thread I previously linked too that goes over what is normal when claiming both UC and NS ESA.
Citizens Advice have a Help to Claim service, they can do a calculation for you before your UC statement, and check afterwards the payment is correct.
It is somewhat normal for the first statement to be incorrect so don't panic if that happens, all it takes is figuring out what is missing and highlighting this to UC (via a Journal note).
