Moving house

Hi,
I've been offered a transfer on homeswapper.co.uk
And I'm worried if moving to another county, because I will likely have to make a new uc claim I'll lose my current amount from transferring from esa in May.
Can anybody shed light on this if possible.

Your existing UC claim will still be valid, you would just update them on the day you move with your new address and new rent amount.
If you receive any Transitional Protection on your claim and have a higher rent, then the TP will reduce by the same amount your rent is increasing.
