Messages on UC Journal
Hi, I’ve started receiving messages on UC journal about invites to talk to someone about work and whether I’d be interested in looking at opportunities. They say the conversation won’t affect my LCWRA or PIP but I’m worried there is a trap in there. Has anyone else been receiving these messages on their journal?

Employment gap and UC payments
both my wife and I work, we have 3 children all school age and we rent our home. We rely on UC to top up our wages as my full time wage is rubbish and my wife only works part time. I recently started a new job and am still in the probationary period. The job isn’t working out as I seem to be pushed into doing overtime…

Question on if I have acted within Universal Credit rules
I receive Universal Credit and PIP. The PIP primarily due to my mental health affecting my cognitive function. Two years ago I have been through bankrupcy, in the form of DRO, again primarily due to mental-health and consequent addictions. It was a debt charity that helped put that DRO through, and they helped managed/plan…
