Back again with more questions!

hi all sorry to keep bombarding you but I don’t know how else I can vent.
I was assessed 15/07 for nsESA. Anyway cut a long story short I phoned today trying to see if the auto payment line had changed for me as pay day is Wednesday (wishful thinking) instead of putting me to that I got put straight through. I was hard to speak especially since I wasn’t expecting to have an actual conversation and was told “expect to hear in 7 working days.” I don’t really understand… I said that I know it’s just a case of waiting but it’s really triggering me and she was very helpful. I’m supposed to have a note on my file that says they will call/text with decision when complete. Anyway she told me it’ll just be letter?
my question is, my payment looks to still be assesment rate. She did say she couldn’t see anything on my assessment. However I was told it was with back office last week. Does this mean a decision has been made but she can’t say? Just with her saying 7 working days… also, probably unlikely especially in my case but those who were put into support group. Did you just get a random payment of back pay on a random day or was it with your usual pay day?
sorry to keep bothering you all. I just can’t describe how poorly this makes me, I was the exact same with my PIP.
Thankyou x
