So my uc is from the 1st till the 31st of July on the 31st of July my daughter left college will I still get my usual payment on the 7th of August as my assessment period is from the 1st till the 31st

How did you get on? Did you receive your payment as normal?

That's frustrating @Ge43. It may be that because your daughter's last day fell into the assessment period your payment was stopped. But it's difficult to say for certain, I'm afraid. Hopefully you'll hear back from them soon and get some clarity on the situation.

Another thing was I didn't no anything about disabled child element and I was I should of been receiving it from when my daughter first started receiving pip I've asked them if it can be backdated do u no how long a decision takes and if I will get it backdated xx

It can be backdated in certain circumstances @Ge43, but again, I'm afraid I can't say that for certain as it will depend on the details of your case.
