I was a basket case after my last pip phone assessment. I collapsed,Was paranoid and felt tterrified.for months on end. Its horrific. F2F was vile, how do you prove you didn't do the things they said you did. But even recording the calls from assessments by phone after that didnt make much of a difference to that either. Luck to us all.

No matter how i try not to, it's on my mind nonstop,plus the dreaded UC migration looms for me, too.😫
