Confused by letter

Just phoned ESA as officially had award letter says support group from 5th June 2025 to 26th Nov 2025. I asked if that’s when my award ends he told me no? Said I’m due for assesment 13th may 2026 and there’s no official end date to my award… I said why’s it say Nov then he said because money is likely to increase… I thought that only happened in April? Can anyone help with this at all?
