I have been told they will ring to talk about this to my daughter who wouldn't at all be able to take the call and would not have a clue about it all. My husband her father is appointee what will we have to provide at telephone call such a worrying time

Hi @seasideholiday, I'm sorry you haven't received a reply to this yet. How was the call? Hope the migration is going okay so far.

Hi, I am due to take the same call, I am not expert but CAB said to have all my medical notes to hand doctors details, medications etc and also details of benefits, rent, bank accounts etc. I hope it goes well for you. I am terrified as I am not capable of doing something like this due to my MS but the CAB are going to be on the line too to help explain things for me. Take care x

the cab did mine and all i had was my rent, benefit letters (pip and esa), when i moved in to my current address and my bank card, on that phone call the lady from uc told me what group i was going to be in, i also asked for the housing element to be paid straight to my housing assosciation and to get paid every 2 weeks, i also told the jc that aswell and then i had a app at the job centre to check my id, i think i was in and out of the job centre within 10 mins

i was glad the cab helped me through it though, the inital phone call lasted a fairly long time
