Just some advice needed ( as it causing me a lot of stress )

hi my mum is my appointee , we have recently received a mirgration letter for esa to uc , my esa go into my mum account for my living expenses and clothing and anything else I need , we have a phone call tomorrow, and I wanted to know if they need to see my bank statements or my mum’s please help as this have been stressing me out since we started this process, also any other advice

Unless you have declared more than £6000 in capital, UC will not need to see bank statements as part of the migration process.

sorry im still confused, as im on dla , but that goes in my account and I have about that in there , but like I said the esa goes into my mums and she is on the claim sorry for the stupid question

What was the amount of money declared in capital on your UC application?
Unless it's over £6000 UC won't ask to see bank statements as part of the migration process.

1,000 in my mum account she transfer the money into , but the account it go in has nothing in it
