Statement

Usually, in payments, it will tell me when my next statement is going to be ready. I've had a lot of problems with the wrong money - but finally thought it had been sorted last month. I get paid bi-monthly and am due my second payment of the month, next week.
I have always had it saying in "payments", the date of when my next statement will be ready - this has always been quite soon after the previous statement. This month - it doesn't say when the next one will be ready. Is this normal? Does it not always say the date of the next statement?
Thank you for any help. And sorry if it's a silly question - I am a bit of a worrier.

Hi @Azura, sorry to hear you've had issues with your UC lately, that must be stressful! It does usually display the next payment either when you log in or on your payments page, but it could be that they haven't quite processed things yet if things have been moved about. Did your last payments go through okay?
Could you perhaps pop a message on your journal to ask whether things are all settled? They might be able to put your mind at ease.

Thanks Rosie. It finally got sorted by going to a decision maker and this month's money has so far been ok (my first bi-monthly payment). All it says in "payments" is that my second bi-monthly payment will be paid next week. But nothing about when my next statement will be ready. I am just getting worried because it isn't saying about when my next one will be ready to view (like it usually does) - and I have read that no statement usually means no money. It usually tells me, more or less straight after my previous statement. I may be stressing over nothing - but it has been one thing after another, since I got migrated over in June.
