What will happen

I just had my esa 50 wca review from sending the form back last year, i will be moving over to UC around October 23rd as the cut off date is 7th November. Someone helping me with this and they will be away after the 23rd. So hopefully I will hear what group I'm in by then. Hopefully support.
So at the moment I'm in Lcw. Just wondering how it works out with UC.As I'm migrating over to UC from esa do I have to have fit notes . And how does this work out with payments.
The mad thing is that although I.sent the form back in Jan 24 and on the NHS app it shows they contact my GP in March 24. They only realised that my health had change when I phoned them last month asking about the form. So its the same conditions I had since January but worse now, I sent all evidence in. If I'm put In the support group would I get back pay from last Jan 24 when they received my form

When you migrate to UC you will be given the ESA group equivalent automatically, without needing to send in Fit Notes.
If it is still WRAG, you will only receive money for LCW element if your first ESA WRAG award was made before April 2017.
Whether your WCA decision arrives before or after migration, the new rate will apply from the date that the decision is made, so no backpay.

Sorry, I was so overwhelmed by the wca, it caused a panic attack and I had to have my inhaler because I couldn't breathe. The lady was nice on the phone. Good job my friend was with me
