My rent has increased (Housing Association) twice since my rent has been covered by Universal Credit.
What I wonder is after a certain amount of rent increases will Universal Credit cease being able to perhaps cover all the rent of the claimant?

As you live in social housing then your rent would always be covered in full by Universal Credit, assuming you aren't under occupying or have non eligible service charges.
It's only private rents that are tied to Local Housing Allowance rates.
