    hi there and welcome to the forum I just wanted to say that you should consider calling them pull up pants as it's more grownup.

    However you can get them off the NHS your OT should be able to supply you with some. The other option is to get them in Boots, Superdrug or any other supermarket chains but they might be expensive.

    Maybe Lidl or Aldi would do cheap coffee @niloferm40. Or perhaps you can get some off Amazon. I'm very cheap with my coffee as I don't drink it very often, so I buy whatever's on offer ☺️

    Have you ever tried coffee ice cream? That's pretty tasty to me especially with some chocolate sauce ☺️

    If I get a coffee outside of the house I often like to order a vanilla latte or a cappuccino. I like the foam on the top!

    I haven't tried that, but it sounds delicious! Is it a drink or a chocolate bar?

    I've had a mocha coffee before and that was lovely!

    hopefully it is my last move. Depending on the UK Gov I might bail on my birth country and head for Italy olas very disappointed with the way things are going.

    I love coffee, but my stomach doesn't like it. Do you have any suggestions for me?

    @ColonelBlink "A cup of tea." - I don't think that's a good alternative.

    I'm a snob with coffee (hence why I never drink it) as I only ever like Costa or Nero's Coffee. I hate instant coffee. But I can't drink it anymore due to caffeine affecting my Crohn's.
