According to this you've already had your first UC payment statement is that correct? So you are now fully migrated onto Universal Credit.

As previously advised what I think is happening, is that you get New Style ESA payment of £281.10 a fortnight, so £609.05 gets deducted from your UC award.

£281.10 a fortnight is the maximum paid for New Style ESA in the Support Group.

This is topped up by UC.

As explained in the thread you are still getting the same amount of income overall, compared to someone on just UC LCWRA without the NS ESA.

Your total income is £823.41 a month (excluding any Housing Element) and it won't increase.

That is the maximum amount payable for your circumstances.

Also if your legacy ESA was £323 a fortnight, you are actually better off after migration to UC.

    Monthly equivalent of previous ESA:£700

    Income after migration:

    New Style ESA £609.05

    + £214.36 Universal Credit

    = £823.41.

As advised it looks like you are on the maximum paid according to your circumstances, and that you are better off on UC compared to your legacy benefits.

If you wanted to see a trained benefits advisor to go over everything in person or on the phone, this link should help you find something.
