@saj26 If you are so anxious that your distress is increasing, call them back at any time. It isn't their business how many times you phone.
If you do phone again ask whether your file is an HCP or the DM.
If the latter, ask whether a decision has been made and whether the letter is on it's way to you. If you file is with the DM but a decision has not been made, ask for a copy of the HCP's recommendations to be posted out to you.
All the best.

@saj26 to be honest Christmas Eve could be a bad day. I worked for a big company and we never did more than a half day, we were allowed to leave early. It's up to you but leave it until after Christmas and forget about it, relax over Christmas too.
10 weeks is not long in the PIP process either!

@saj26 all claims go through the same process. Yours is moving on nicely. Outcomes can be different due to level of awards etc. Have you had anymore text messages? You could call again for an update, let them know it is stressing you and it would help.

Hi all I received a massage yesterday from DWP saying
We still have your PIP form and will be progressing your review as soon as we can. You may still need an assessment with a health professional. Your PIP will continue to be paid until we review your claim. You only need to contact us if your circumstances change.

Hi I've had the same message, it's nothing to worry about. You don't need to do anything, they're just letting you know that they're still looking at your case. If your condition worsens you should let me know but otherwise it's just a waiting game.

12 weeks is a relatively short time.
As the text message says, they will be progressing with your claim as soon as they can.
