Claiming LCWRA while working
Hi,
I’m trying to get LCWRA due to my health condition however I’m currently working full time, I know that this is allowed to work and claiming LCWRA but my question is if I should write on my UC 50 form about my work etc.? I did not see on the form any questions about it should I add separately about my work what I do etc.?
also got one more question, do the work coach while you go there whether to confirm your documents or something else, do they make a notes about your appearance with who did you come etc? Or they just checking the documents and that’s all? I’ve been wondering if they do these type of things that may later affect the decision as let’s say “he was looking good” this kind of stuff .
thank you

Work coaches don't have any input to the Work Capability Assessment.
So they would purely be there to check documents etc.
Given you are trying to get assessed as LCWRA I personally would not mention on your form about work voluntarily.
If you are asked during the assessment then you should answer honestly.
