Migration Appointee Question Address

So Sorry to have to write another post.
*Please excuse long post.
*Daughters father is her appointee...he's always been her appointee since she first received ESA years ago.
- In 2020 Covid lockdown he had to leave the family home so he could continue to work and to protect my Daughter from Covid - She is Immunosuppressant and has Crohns disease.
- Late 2020 he informed ESA that he was not living within family home. ESA told him "You don't have to live with your daughter to be her appointee" They told him there was nothing more he needed to do.
Due our relationship breakdown completely during covid stress, bereavement ect - our relationship ended and he 'eventually' found his own home.
Bearing in mind what ESA had said in 2020, the appointee letters for him on behalf of my daughter have continued to come to home address and rarely heard anything from them, to be honest didnt give much more thought to it..
- However, she is now on the cusp of her migration to UC! - Her father has all his ID in place ect that's not a problem....but now I'm anxious that this may affect my Daughters migration to UC?
When I spoke to CAB about this myself today they said that ESA obviously 'didn't action the change' of address and that is not his fault. I guess in hindsight putting it in writing might of been best. But here we are!
Can anyone advise what issues, if any, this may cause please? I'm just concerned about my Daughter...this was all we needed and haven't even thought about this until he mentioned it to me...my face literally dropped.
As if this whole thing hasn't been stressful enough....Her form is going to be submitted over the weekend.
I think it may be best to submit it before her deadline and tackle the address issue once the form is at least in.
- I think telling them now before it's submitted will create even more problems.
Any thoughts on this please? 🙏🏼
