Hi I have rewarded lwrca but I wanted the assessors report . Is it too late for me to ask for a copy of the assessors report ? If the answer is YES then can I just put a note on my UC journal requesting the copy ? Or do I have to phone them ? Also I have changed address . I informed UC but do I have to inform work capability helpline ? In advance thank you

    No it's not too late, simply add a note to the Journal note requesting a copy.

    If you have used the Report a Change section to give UC your new address, you do not also need to call UC.

    If you meant the health assessment agency, you no longer deal with them now your assessment is finished.

    Yes I meant the health assesment agency . I sent the address change about a week to UC and I have asked for a copy of the assessors report. Thank you
