Will I loose transitioning amount
Hi all, I've been to my jc today and no one could answer my question. I migrated from tax credits to uc with lcwra, I get some transitioning payment. If I start working a few hours a month will I loose the transitioning amount

Transitional Protection reduces if you become entitled to more Universal Credit, or stops with a major change of circumstances such as changing between single/couple claim or vice versa.
So earning money shouldn't impact your Transitional Protection.

Thank you. It does state a significant change of circumstances, but obviously once they take it away, I wouldn't get it back

I wondered if anyone had been in this situation, I would be self employed maybe working 12/15 hours a month
