My intention for posting these videos is in the hope that people who are on their own Autism/ADHD journey or who have loved ones who are, will find them beneficial 💜
I for one, find them super helpful and educational and have a much better understanding of myself and how my brain works, especially as I haven't received much support or understanding from friends and family.
There also doesn't seem to be much "hands on help" in the real world/NHS ethier for the help Ive needed in my journey as a late diagnosed adult. Its been one of the most loneliest times of my life if im to be honest x
