Will my guaranteed pension credits be affected
hi everyone
I am planning to move out of my own home and go to live with my adult daughter and family,
They have built an extension on their home for me to have independence ie bedroom/livingroom/kitchen…I will be sharing their bathrooms/toilet.
My question is I am currently in reciept of an ongoing PIP AWARD State Pension and Guaranteed pension Credits, does anyone know if my Pension Credits will be affected by my move ie stopped?
Thank you
Savannah

I forgot to add that I will be buying my own food etc and will be paying board each month to my daughter to go towards utility bills

Hi @savannahlowe and welcome the community. I've had a look at some information about it and I can't find anything that says your pension credits would stop when moving in with family. I'm not a qualified benefits adviser though so I'd recommend getting in touch with them to ask.
There may be someone here who has a similar experience who may know.
