I have been on UC for 4 months. I completed a UC50 in October. I also just started receiving ESA (contributions based). If I am awarded LCWRA will it be in relation to UC or ESA now I am receiving ESA?

The assessment outcome will apply to both benefits.

Waiting periods are different, LCWRA rate would be backdated to week 13 of ESA claim and the fourth full Assessment Period for UC (assuming no gaps in handing in Fit Notes).
